The Farm Adds Brad Hills to FarmAssist Team as Production Manager
The Farm is thrilled to announce the latest addition to the FarmAssist team, Brad Hills, who will be taking on the role of production manager. With a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience in the audiovisual industry, Hills is set to play a key operations role within The Farm’s professional services division, FarmAssist.
In his role as production manager, Hills will be wearing several hats, serving as a project manager, master scheduler and field engineer coordinator all rolled into one. His expertise and versatility make him an invaluable asset to lead the FarmAssist operations team.
“We’re really excited to welcome Brad Hills to The Farm team,” says Andrew Stanley, VP of Technical Services. “His years of project design and deployment experience will help us streamline and optimize our internal processes while also improving our relationships with customers. With FarmAssist expanding so quickly, adding Brad will help us improve our entire company.”
“Having worked with an integration firm right next door to The Farm for roughly 15 years, I was able to get to know a great deal of “Farmers” over the years,” says Hills. “It’s the people that make a company like this so incredible, and John Hood has developed a team with great character, which I truly admire. Having the opportunity to have worked with Andrew, George, Rebecca and Jacob over the years, made me enthusiastic about joining this elite crew. It was a one-call job search.”
Before joining The Farm, Hills served as an AV systems engineer at EKC Enterprises, Inc. and as a senior systems designer at Better Presentation Systems. In these roles, he collaborated with enterprise AV clients that included Hewlett Packard, Farm Credit West, California State Parks and the State Water Resources Control Board. Outside of work, Hills is a snow skier, beer-league ice hockey player and outdoor camping aficionado. Fun fact – his wife is an actual pharmacist.
